Here's a breakdown of the terms of our services:

  1. Company Registration: Our solutions are intended exclusively for the company with which you register. This means that the services, agreements and results delivered by Venditori are linked only to the registered company or entity. Sharing or transferring services to third parties is not allowed.

    -When you hire our design solutions, we request the Brand Guideline or the identity manual to have an exact guide on how we should work or on what guidelines we should do it, if you don't have a defined graphic guide, we can do it within our services.

    - When you hire our marketing solution and All In One, we carry out internal consulting, to evaluate the results obtained so far, evaluate the current strategy, access to advertiser platforms, CRM if applicable, or everything we need to do our work.
  2. Delivery Time: The estimated time for the delivery of customized designs is 24 to 72 hours from the confirmation of the request. However, it is important to note that this period may vary depending on the complexity of the design, the number of revisions needed, and the availability of information provided by the customer. Throughout the process, we maintain effective communication to ensure that deadlines and expectations are met.
  3. Growth through Marketing Campaigns: For our marketing or All In One services, it's critical to understand that results and substantial growth may require a minimum period of 3 months. This is because effective Inbound or Performance strategies often need time to mature and produce sustainable results. At Venditori, we focus on implementing long-term Inbound strategies that generate a lasting impact over time for your company. In our marketing strategies, we implement analysis strategies that can produce short-term results. We will work closely with companies and their teams to set realistic and achievable expectations based on objectives and budget.
  4. Minimum Contract: The minimum contract duration for our marketing services and our “All In One” premium service is 3 months. During this period, we will work on the development and implementation of specific strategies for your company. This duration allows us to evaluate performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve the desired results. Keep in mind that success in digital marketing usually requires a medium and long-term approach, in order to set achievable goals.
  5. Services Offered: At Venditori, we offer three main types of services:

    Design: This service is billed at a pre-agreed fixed value, which means that the cost is set in advance and is not tied to results or performance.

    Marketing: For this service, a fixed amount is billed plus a percentage of 5% of the gross revenue generated through marketing strategies. This aligns us directly with your results and guarantees a very close relationship in which we all benefit.

    All In One: This comprehensive service includes all our services and is billed on a fixed monthly basis, this is agreed with each individual client. It is a complete solution that encompasses all aspects of marketing, automation and design, providing a holistic approach.
  6. Formal Contract: Before starting any project, we require the signing of a formal contract, after 3 days of testing. This document will detail the services provided, terms, prices, payment methods and other relevant terms. The virtual signing of the contract represents a mutual commitment and is essential to ensure transparency and accountability in the provision of services. We ensure that you fully understand the terms and obligations set out in the contract.
  7. Dedicated team: We are committed to the company's success. We believe that to achieve this success, it is essential to provide exceptional care and dedication to each customer. Therefore, we have implemented an exclusive team dedication policy, which ensures that our specialists work exclusively and focused on the development and growth of your brand. Our unique approach ensures that the team assigned to companies is fully immersed in their objectives and challenges. Each marketer, developer, designer, and professional will dedicate their experience and resources to the project.

    Definition of Objectives: Together, Venditori and each company, we establish the specific objectives (KPIs) that you want to achieve through our marketing, automation and design solutions.

    Audit and Analysis: We carry out a comprehensive audit of your existing marketing campaigns, internal processes, graphic elements, internal methods, website, among others. This provides us with valuable information about your strengths and areas that need to be improved.

    Personalized Strategy: With the audit data in hand, we create a personalized strategy that includes specific recommendations to achieve your goals. This includes implementing tools such as Hubspot for your CRM, redesigning your website or Zapier to create a connection between your digital environment, whenever and wherever necessary.

    Operational Implementation: Once we have defined the strategy, we assume responsibility for the implementation and operational management of your marketing campaigns, processes or design development. Our highly qualified team will take care of all the daily activities necessary for you to achieve your goals.

    Associated Costs: It is important to note that the costs associated with implementing tools such as Hubspot, automation tools or the execution of advertising campaigns are borne by the customer. We provide guidance on the selection and use of these tools, and we'll be happy to help you get the most out of your investment.

  9. Web Development: At Venditori, we strive to provide high-quality web development that fits your business needs and objectives. We want you to be able to understand the details of how we work in terms of web development, so we've provided important information for you to consider:

    Web Development Platforms: Our web development team specializes in leading platforms such as Webflow, Drupal and DXP as Acquia and Liferay, and code implementation to add important elements such as an animation or a user section. We work with these platforms to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of your website, however, you should consider which one is the most appropriate as the case may be. If you want your company's website to be developed on a different platform, contact us and we'll discuss how we can help you.

    Tailored Development: We understand that each project is unique. By collaborating with you, we customize web development to meet your specific needs. We create a site that fits your goals, vision and style.

    Exclusion of External Plugins: Our development strategy focuses on providing you with an effective and personalized solution. It is important to note that our web development service does not include the implementation of external third-party plugins. If you have specific plugin requirements or additional functionality, we'll provide guidance and recommendations. The purchase and integration of external plugins will be at the customer's expense.

    Testing and Delivery: After completing web development, we perform extensive tests to ensure that your site works properly in terms of design, functionality, and performance. Once we are sure everything is ready, we will proceed with the delivery of the final website for use.

    Post-Delivery Support: Our commitment doesn't end with the delivery of your website. We offer a post-delivery support period to ensure that your site runs smoothly and to address any questions you may have. During this period, we will be available to help you in case of unexpected technical problems or questions related to the administration of your site.
  10. Partnes Portal: At Venditori, we have a space for our partners (https://partners.venditori.co/portal), where they can leave their tickets, service requests, requirements and qualifications for our solutions.

    1. Registration and User Accounts: To use our customer portal solution, you need to register. With a LinkedIn, Google account or email with which you registered for our services, the information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

    2. User Responsibility: The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password. Any activity that occurs under the user's account is the sole responsibility of each user

    3. Proper Use of the Portal: The portal should only be used for legal purposes and not for illegal activities. The use of offensive language, spam or any action that interferes with the normal operation of the portal is prohibited.

    4. Intellectual Property: All content provided by the user to the portal remains their intellectual property. Venditori can use the data provided to improve services and assumes no responsibility for loss of information.

    5. Use of the portal: This portal is intended to be an exclusive space for our partners where they can do the following:

    - Ask for extra services you need at any time, you can access forms for this.
    -Leave a Support Ticket to request help with a certain process in which you need help.
    -Receive the delivery of requested work, such as a design or a report at the end of the month.
