How long does a Salesforce implementation take?
It depends on the scope and modules. A Sales Cloud implementation with basic Data Cloud and an integration takes 8-12 weeks. Multicloud projects with Agentforce Contact Center or complex migrations can extend to 16—20 weeks. We precisely defined it in the initial diagnosis, with a phased roadmap.
How does Agentforce Contact Center work and when is it available?
Agentforce Contact Center was released into general availability on March 10, 2026 for customers in the United States and Canada. It's the first contact center platform that unifies native voice, digital channels, CRM data, and AI agents in a single system — without third-party integrations. Salesforce plans international expansion throughout 2026, with WhatsApp Voice support for markets such as Latin America.
Is my company data safe if I activate and use Agentforce?
Salesforce implements the Einstein Trust Layer throughout the Agentforce platform: zero data retention (your data is not used to train the base model), dynamic grounding on real data without exposing sensitive information, and native compliance with GDPR and CCPA. Part of our implementation includes properly configuring these safeguards for your organization.
Do we already have Salesforce but it's misconfigured. Can they help us?
This is the most common scenario.
